At your entrance when the entrance button is activated the live voice answers with “Good morning how may I help you” and anything that the on-site agent in the past could do can be done by the off-site agent in the command and control center. 

This is not an alarm monitoring service but a live video connection with the ability to open and close gates, doors, activate alarms and track employee/guest movements around your property.
